Colateral factor is the ammount of your coin...Soo if you deposit 1000$ with a CF of 75% it means you can borrow mac of 750$(Will get liquidated with a small down at your coin depositem even if stable coin..fluctuactions) Soo Venus warns you to borrow max 80% Soo it would BE 80% of 750$=600$ leaving around 150$ to handle market Ups and downs
