make it pending but not actually send it? I presume it requires you to control the node the receiver uses. Anyone got any technical info?
It's not practically feasible. You can target the receiver node, exploit their acceptance of 0-conf transactions, and simultaneously spend your outputs in a different second transaction by broadcasting it to all other nodes. However, success relies on the hope that your second transaction gets mined.
