I’m using ledger device. Do you really think it should take this much time and that too in cryptocurrency market. If I need money in emergency and I can’t access my funds what’s the point of being with you. Already it’s been 4 days now and you guys are still asking me basic questions which wallet do I use. I already mentioned that. I don’t even know if my query is taken by you on serious note?

Your connecting via ledger and not ledger through metamask or rabby correct?

The website is a ui and nobody is stopping you from accessing your funds directly via the smart contract. Generally the web team is slower on the weekends and I expect to hear back on this issue early during the week, if not sooner. We can't do anything sooner than when they take a look sorry.

Oh ok. But I don’t want to use the smart contract and other options. Just the yearn finance website - connect wallet - stake, claim, extend etc.
