Monero is dipping because of the Bitcoin rally?

Monero holders potentially exchanging for Bitcoin during the rally and will buy again as Bitcoin levels off?

Essentially Monero is on sale, and the moment Bitcoin levels the price of Monero will spike again?

Nope. The 3 months correlation between Bitcoin and Monero is 0.7. It is a very strong correlation. The current dip is due to delisting rumours. It will dippity dip once monero gets officially kicked out of Binance.
