It seems to me that the mechanics of T-shares (in

terms of their continuous price increase) is a disincentive for people to buy them (similar to buying everyday products at a higher price with the passing of time due to inflation).

I'm sure I have gaps in my understanding of T-shares.

Question: What is the argument to justify higher prices of T-shares for someone new (without them feeling that they have missed the boat compared to those that where there first)?

Technically, you don't buy t-shares. When you stake hex, your hex is burned and you hold t-shares during the length of your stake. During your stake, their is a daily hex payout rate. This rate multiplied by the number of t-shares you own is the amount of hex your stake accumulates. When your stake ends, your t-shares are burned and you receive the original amount of hex that you staked plus the hex you accumulated.
