Can we stake on evm ?

It's just not accurate to say you stake on the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine). The EVM is a runtime environment for smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. Staking, in the context of Ethereum, involves participating in the proof-of-stake consensus mechanism at the network level. So, you stake on the Ethereum network, not directly on the EVM. In the case of Cartesi, you stake for participating in the consensus of Noether network, that’s a side chain deployed on Ethereum. Hope this makes sense.

Hi @Abdulrahman5552, perhaps I’m failing to understand your question, but you don’t stake on EVM. However, Cartesi’s PoS system is deployed on the Ethereum network.
