Hello- I have stEth on ethereum mainnet and i would

like to bridge some to arbitrum - I went to the arbitrum bridge but I cant see my steth to select it - I used the lido website and it told me to import the wsteth contrtact - when I do this it doesnt show my steth still - do I need to convert my steth before I can bridge it?

i read that - thats where I found out about wsteth - but it doesnt show how to swap steth for wsteth
