There's enough locked liquidity and the CR is high enough that no amount of degenbox/leverage will depeg FRAX (barring any exploits/hacks etc). So feel free to run however much leverage as you want.

If you hold them to maturity the yield is fixed and guaranteed. Of course, while you hold them, you have exposure to bond price during the period you hold. That's how bond trading works, you weigh the risk of price volatility until maturity. But you can also of course sell the FXB in the Curve liquidity pools at any time you wish as well. Thus, you're not exactly stuck holding them if you don't want to which is very powerful.
