What will be the utility of the new Fraxtal token?

Does it make sense to have FXS if you are releasing a new token? Sounds bad for current FXS hodlers. Or I don't understand how this is supposed to work for the benefit of those who own FXS? Two tokens are dilution and potential price decrease of FXS 🤷🏻‍♂️?
