time I hear that you could just load crypto on a visa card and use it as normal... that would be amazing if true...

Tracador doesn't provide themselves i think . There must be some another service behind it and tracador is just listing it

Its 100% legit you can really load up to 1000$ inside a mastercard/visa prepaid trought them in XMR
