This is what I'm doing. I'm in the Pundi X Chain. I have a PUNDIX wallet with coins in it. I click on the middle fx menu icon at the bottom. I click PUNDIX Delegate. Click Delegate. I click on a Validator. Click Delegate. Click on my balance. Input amount. Click next, delegate, password. Is this the correct process?

yes sounds all good, try reboot the device, make sure you got strong wifi, cell sometime fails, if that don't work, back up seed and do a wallet reset, when deleting the app make sure you got your seed first!! restart the device before you reload the app; this usually sorts any issues out, before you do any of that go and check after the device restart if you got any delegated, because some time an action will go through but it's not registered in the wallet until you restart the app or the device restart will push it through
