All assets have a Reserve Factor. For BNB it is 25% This high Apy only happens during Launchpad/Launchpool times and is even more profitable for borrowers than high Apy.

Not all the bnb in the pool gets borrowed. There might be 1,000,000 tokens in lending pool, maybe only 700k get borrowed. If interest rate is 50% for borrower and 25% lender it also takes into account that not all the pool is being borrowed out but each token in the pool gets a ln allocation from interest earnings even though not all the tokens are being worked for interest
