Samuel is showing there is an arb opportunity, which is

totally normal. Doesn't matter to which specific message you are replying, its still the FRAX team you are showing your concern as a whole right? You want them to fix the peg to perfection.

Yes the peg is meant to be fixed to perfection Arbs can't fix this one because there's no redeemability like usdc so if they buy 50.03 million they can't do anything with the extra. In a reverse case you just send usdc to Coinbase and get dollars. That's the point of amo when you can't redeem I'll stop this conversation here, I can tell you don't know much about this topic👍

Is redeeming for USD outside of crypto the only thing an arb trader can do? Can't he swap it in another pool with a different rate? For example on curve or so? arbing USDC —> FRAX —> USDC. Otherwise help me understand what I'm missing, since you like to think you're smarter than others

Bro Samuel and I, both shared pictures from an aggregator that has solvers through all the available common pools So yeah it's not an arb in this case Are you pointed out, usdc-tofrax to usdc is the full arb and that's not profitable and hence it's off peg and not an arb
