from bitcoin. Are the blockchain was also copied. So all the private keys which were on Bitcoin are also on Monero? (of course the private keys before the fork)
monero wasn't forked from bitcoin, so no
Why would you think that?
Oh ok, I was wrong. I had the impression since DGB is indirectly a fork from BTC. I thought so is Monero
Why would you think "private keys" is something to be copied at ledger level anyways?!
You don't "Create" one, you actually "Choose" one from the range :)
If a blockchain is copied so will be the private keys
That's not correct, There's nothing regarding private keys that can be copied. Private keys are simply a number between 0 -> 2^256 which you choose randomly, then use it to get the corresponding public key (wallet address) it proves ownership, and use it to sign outgoing txs for that public key. It's just mathematics, nothing is being copied, just a history ledger :)
If the blockchain is copied so are the transaction records and in this case then also the private keys you can access the wallets
transaction records doesn't include raw private keys (though there is security suggestions not to use the same address twice), it just uses some math algorithms to prove a correct pk is used to sign a tx but doesn't reveal the actual pk and it's not practical to reverse engineer what would the actual pk used on the tx be (you can search more on this topic on how cryptography works in the security industry, first time I saw how it works it blew my mind how genius it is tbh!)
I told you its not that deep but you can't leave it 😂
it actually is a deep idea and a very clever one dude! the whole security of blockchains is built on top of this topic :))
I know how it works. Don't be a smartass, just leave it
