Khala is the network with the most on-chain activity and number of holders, exchanges evaluate this information when adding support for new tokens. In the future I think Phala will also be supported but it's difficult to give a timescale, it's not about paying the exchange to do it... Otherwise the team would have already done it on all the exchanges.
