Hi!, Ultra OG here, to answer some questions for you!.

- https://www.ultra-resources.info/ is a great website to find info about the ultra blockchain, like wallets created etc.
- Most of the Ultra's development is not open source thus not finding it on their GitHub page, only a small part of ultras code is open source and see-able on their public github.
- They have about a 100 full-time employees, that doesn't sound so dead does it ? ;)
- The recent rally most likely was pushed by the release of the "roadmap" which was decently big news to see what is coming this year and be excited about!.
- You can check on etherscan the company wallets and how much and when they are selling some of their UOS, also these wallets have specific usecases thus you can also know to some extend what the money is used for. For example the wallet with 183,000,000 UOS is the "content acquisition wallet" thus the UOS in this wallet will be used to acquire content.
