I also appear to have an issue where the test

transfer to my Electeoneum wallet over an hour ago does not appear in my wallet. The KuCoin status is "Completed" though. If logged out and back in to the website... did the maintainance earlier have anything to do with this (noting I did it after the website came back uàp)?

I've made two withdrawals now. One for 500 and one for 100. Neither are appearing in my wallet. Can we be 100% it's working? I've withdrawn many times before. This is concerning as we need to remove coings ahead of the BC upgrade.

Hi Alan, in Kucoin it should have provided you with a link to the transaction on the blockchain that included your withdrawal. How many confirmations does it have?

Nah the Electroneum wallet is working with the blockchain. Doesn't matter if its up or in maintenance... next time it refreshes it will show any transactions. Fill out a ticket in ETN support, they will take a look. Make sure to include the transaction that sent the coins from Kucoin. https://support.electroneum.com But dont worry, physically impossible to lose coins, as long as you sent to the correct address... they cannot be lost.
