This is the problem... Kucoin only accepts PHA tokens on Khala while PHA tokens on Phala do not! Since they have access to the wallet on khala they can also have access to the wallet on phala... so explain well what happened and hope that kucoin will be cooperative in returning the tokens to you, I think you will have to provide them with enough evidence to prove that you are the real owner and also you will have to provide them with an address (wallet substrate not metamask) where they can return the PHA tokens to you.
