Is there any mechanism in place so that a user

who has veFXS on mainnet and has already received FXTL points, does not receive points again by removing the veFXS he could unlock today, upload it to Fraxtal and deposit the FXS again to add more FXTL points for the second Snapshot?

I think the point is to include that, intentionally. Mainnet vefxs and fraxtal vefxs will both be part of the snapshot on April 3. So the mechanism to avoid gaming it is just to include all of it

Its another snapshot so if you move it to Fraxtal or still have it on Ethereum doesn't matter you get points either there or on the other

Double FXTL Points accounting could be achieved for the same number of blocked FXS, taking advantage of the GAP between the first and second Snapshot. My question was if there is a mechanism to prevent this. I think it is not fair to those who have blocked to 4 years without previously knowing that there was going to be a second Snapshot

VeFXS lockers are included in both snapshots though, and I feel that the first is probably "heavier"

Not sure I understand. If you locked for the first and it unlocks in-between and the you lock again for the second...your net situation would likely be less overall than if you just kept it locked through both snapshots, due to the gas costs associated with such a move. Please note: the second snapshot includes everything...even people who received the first snapshot that are still locked. So there is no gaming this as you described.
