I open the ChilizX app, then log into my account, open the "Submit a ticket" tab, then enter my name and describe my question, then click "Send a message". The question remains active for some time, after a few days it is deleted without an answer to this question. My questions are also ignored by email🤷♂️

In December 2023, I sent my Inter Fan Tokens from the Socios app to the ChilizX crypto exchange, but specified Legacy Chain instead of Chiliz Chain. Then I wrote a question to the support service, they answered that the Socios and ChilizX applications are connected and they can return my Inter Fan Tokens to me. What if I sent my Fan Tokens from another application, then would not help me. It's been 3 months and I still haven't gotten my Fan Tokens back. Could you please help me?

Hello👋 It's been a month since you wrote that you would personally contact customer support, but no one has responded to me yet. It's been over 4 months now, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. The difference in customer support between Socioz and ChilizX is staggering. While Socioz responds within a day, ChilizX hasn't replied in 4 months; their customer support is just appalling.
