This rebrand is purely name-related change and absolutely doesn't involve any technical adjustments for the token. Your TOMO is VIC now. You do not need to do anything to convert it.

I tried following the instructions on the VIC documents for accessing VIC through ledger but there is no app named VIC in ledger live. There is only TOMO
