You'll be able to claim back your BCH in the wallet you supplied from. I.e the wallet holding your VBCH. And you shouldn't sell your vBCH, I don't think you can...As you'll need the vBCH when you want to claim back your supplied BCH.

Also, your first question. Just for more clarity, when you supply an asset on Venus, Venus takes your asset and gives you a receipt in return. That receipt is vToken, which in your own case is vBCH. So whenever you need to claim your asset back, you'll have present this receipt. I hope you get the point now. 😉
