I sent nano from kraken to natrium, not received. On

nano.community it says receivable but on nanolooker nothing receivable. I can send wallet to wallet fine and received no problem but can’t seem to pocket the nano from kraken. ?? I’ve done a reinstall of natrium with s e e d phrase but still won’t pocket the nano sent from kraken….

Nanolooker is terrible. Doesn't work most the time. When it does? It's wrong. Natrium acting sketchy makes it worse. It's a BAD 1st impression for anyone new to nano.......(unnecessarily) Is there anything the community can do to help fix it? 😊

Your nano is safe friend.👍 If it shows as "receivable"? It can't be lost or stolen. Funds are safe. Unfortunately the natrium wallet node is behind. Exact Same thing happened to me a couple days ago. From kraken too. It eventually went through the next day. Hopefully someone fixes it soon 👌

Yeah thanks Kash, I know it’s safe as it’s receivable, just a bit frustrating, As you say hopefully a fix comes up sooner than later 😎

Its VERY FRUSTRATING!!¡!!!.........Especially when it is unexpected and UNNECESSARY. I'm sorry it happened to you too........ I'm thinking of switching wallets?? But I'm pretty lazy.....🤣 🤷
