So from reading some of the comments it looks like

the proposal will pass even if the community is not happy as the larger holders of fxs will have the final say. If the proposal was written to only benefit larger holders of X assets then what is the point of the proposal, might as well just outline this is what we will be done going forward? Is that a fair summary?
