Trying to get ETN coins off KuCoin and send to

the ETN App on phone. The new wallet address generated when used in KuCoin says “this address does not match the chosen network”… any help?

Kucoin doesn’t support ETN as of yet but is apparently being sorted out. So you might have to wait a little while for it to transfer over.

Yes at the moment. You have to wait til they convert over to the new blockchain and open withdrawals up.
