Yes, it’s not getting any rewards. I locked there for 3 years assuming the pool would keep getting rewards. Why would you offer users lock for 3 years otherwise?! And now it seems it’s not receiving any.

We do incentivize all the frxETH pairs based on TVL with some thresholds if the pool TVL get lower than that then AMO will not incentivize those pools. I think threshold is 200 ETH for that AMO.

That pool has been getting rewards for the 6 months or so that I have been there. If it’s not getting rewards at least I should be able to leave. Making me stay there for over 2 years with no compensation doesn’t make any sense and makes me lose interest in locking other FRAX LP positions. Both things are very bad for the protocol.
