We can expedite the vote?

Just want one thing clarified, for the veFPIS drop, do I have to relock my current holdings to max 4 years to get max? And then wait for 4 years for it to get unlocked, then lock it again for 4 years to get the 2.5:1? Or will the current veFPIS get unlocked after the airdrop? Of course considering if the proposal passes.

Just trying to find out if its worth it to relock for the airdrop, or just let it stay. Pref. want to relock, but dont want it locked for 8 years 😅

I'm missing something though. At the end of the first 4 years...won't 1 fpis have decayed to 1 vefxs (from 1.33 vefxs)? If we don't relock for another 4 more years, why wouldnt one just have 1 fxs?
