How do we keep this CR over 100% next time

Question

How do we keep this CR over 100% next time

it reaches it? because everybody was euphoric when it touched 100% briefly for couple of hours a couple of days ago, but then it sank back to 98% again. will volatile assets be converted immediately after 100% to keep it above 100? Or will it be always fluctuating and being able to fall back under 100% in the future? What's the gameplan

so that means that there will always remain a volatile basket of assets, right? I was just wondering if that would be the case, or if it would be converted to a basket of different stables to ensure it will always be >100% and never go back below it in next bear or whatever
