Is it illegal to buy monero in your country? If

not what’s the issue? Where you send the monero to a cold storage or hot wallet after the exchange and send it to someone else they don’t know how you send it to?

So what’s the issue? They can’t charge you for something was legal before if they make it illegal in future.

They could force you, to hand it over. I know that sounds paranoid😄 but there were times in history it was forbidden to own gold. And if you did, it could get confiscated and you could get charged for it
