The challenges of marketing are universal to all projects. Visibility/awareness

drives adoption/innovation which increases awareness and so on. The complication is how do you get people’s attention? There’s been articles/podcasts/AMAs with coinmarketcap, coingecko, crypto reddit, and most recently bankless. Bankless has 292,000 twitter followers, yet there were less than 100 people in the twitter spaces with us. The right attempts are being made imo. Also, it isnt as simple as posting more Cartesi ads. Our largest increase in attention came from the “dym beta” narrative, so there is an irrational and unpredictable nature to this as well.

DApps are an important element of the marketing strategy because they demonstrate the capabilities. We’ve seen definitive progress on the ecosystem front. Dazzle and bugless seem to be in the lead and do an excellent job of showcasing the technology. Also, I hope Ultrachess still makes it to the finish line (a favorite of mine). I do think the marginal impact of “proof of concepts” has decreased. As Cartesi has reached a more mature state the focus becomes more on what is being completed and less on what is possible to start.

I believe this to be one of the most hardworking and ethical projects in the space. I hope collectively we can produce some ideas that bridge the gap between our community and crypto at large. It was immensely gratifying to see Cartesi climb as high as 200th on coingecko and it is equally as puzzling to see it below 300th again. All of the pieces are in place, just a matter of aligning them imo.

I'm also waiting impatiently Lambada as it will accessing the L1 chain will allow you much more complexity in your dApp, I personally have a project to build but I need the above layer data in order to make it happen

Nicely worded. And I agree!! 💯 Collectively, we need to produce ideas and support more. Coming here only to FUD, point fingers, or show random groups where you never mentioned Cartesi but expect someone else to do so, is NOT the way!! The same goes for complaining daily in unofficial Cartesi groups without engaging with anything posted nor participating in Bankless space, as you said. That’s why meme coins succeed; they attract a different breed of people who truly form a supportive community! It’s on all of us this drop in ranking… unfortunately!! 🥴😏
