Why has my monerod initial sync slowed down to a

crawl? Right now it says 15 days left and the estimation is rising instead of falling. Have been syncing since more than a week and since about three days the blockchain file is not increasing in size anymore. Stuck at around 93 GB since then. Already increased out-clients to 512 but to no avail. Any tips? Yes, I'm using an intetnal ssd...
