placing undue burden on them? I dont see how the users should be punished here still
I totally empathize with what youre saying though too
Users are locked for their agreed timeline. Nothing changes for them. Not unlocking them is not punishing. When their lock is done they can withdraw their tokens and turn them in
Would you mind voting on my proposal? https://snapshot.org/#/frax.eth/proposal/0xc8a7d2ded098c2a3ae0f8f4a747595c5ea6eb05bc9e9b84c617ae26d03794718
This pool doesn't even have a migration function thus can't be executed even if it was passed. Shouldn't have even been put up for vote
Just unlock it. Why are you being so difficult about it? Its useless TVL
How could that be done? It’s my first time proposing something and I’m not familiar with the technicalities. Could you help me?
I have some scammer already contacting me. I’d like to get this done. I’m actually losing more than all of my rewards after almost 8 months. The benefit isn’t just not benefiting from me staying in that pool but I can’t invest that money somewhere else and I’m very hesitant of ever locking again after this bad experience. It’s the third time I get stuck in a pool that cuts rewards. I don’t get the point of letting users lock if rewards are stopped shortly after.
Can @walidaly or someone help me fix the proposal so it can be done?
I think your pool should be unlocked and let you free without penalty. Since it’s not your fault that the protocol discontinued the pool. No point holding users capital in hostage. The rewards you earned was for the liquidity you provided. I don’t think you should be penalized. Gives a bad taste in users mouth.
I’m fine doing something like moving that money to sfrxETH that I can’t sell. I guess that can’t be done, but well, making me stay there is a lose/lose situation.
It would be unfair to unlock it with no penalty as all other unlocks have had to pay a fee.
Yeah I don’t agree with unlocking a dead pool with penalty but people all votes for penalty which I don’t agree to penalize the user for something out of their control.
In this case I’m asking to leave because the pool is not receiving any rewards. When I locked for 3 years I thought users had that option because the pool was going to keep receiving rewards. What’s the point of letting people lock for 3 years and cut rewards after a few months? It’s a terrible design.
