@samkazemian sorry this question another admin already answer but still quite confused,the buy back in case fxs go below 5 is buy back and burn or buy back and distribute to vefxs holder ?

It's FLE now. It's buyback and POL based on revenues. To put it simply: it has the same effect as buyback and burn and not the same effect as buyback and veFXS (that is a separate flow). Protocol owned liquidity of bought back FXS is basically like you burned it but can trade against it on the whole xy=k price range.
