The first 100 users of what? ZEC as a private

payment system? In the time it takes to receive your money you could've lost 20% already

ZEC as a private bank account? Lol
I'd rather have the banks and every government in the world know I have X in my bank account and I just spent Y to buy a dildo, than be private with ZEC and lose 80% of my capital in a year

I don't see how you can have users for a product that solves zero problem and only creates problems

The success of Zcash is not dependant on building a community: ZEC is not a memecoin (not yet at least...)

The two biggest barriers to success I see right now:
- lack of trust in the team's fund management, fund allocation, and overall capacity to bring good value on every dollar spent (dollar extracted from dumping ZEC on holders). If this issue is not soon addressed - and properly addressed - then we'll just stay in the accelerating downward spiral of ZEC dumping -> less money for developments -> ZEC dumps more. This should be of the highest priority, not something you "hope you'll have fixed by 2025, or maybe 2026"

- missing ZSA. Give people an option to shield their BTC and stablecoins, and see the money flood in. Find a way to make ZEC capture value from it. Doesn't even have to be a complicated system at first. Start with quick and dirty, make it a flat fee, whatever. Just move. Stop being a dinosaur moving at 2 miles per hour. ZSA would get people excited about Zcash. It's a worthy announcement and something everyone would talk about. Not fcking night mode for a wallet...
