platform? I mean if you start campaign to target a lots of users, it would be better to localize for non-native English speakers.
There are operational costs that are added on top of localising the platform to multiple languages. If that happens, people would expect support, for instance, to be provided in the localised languages as well, and rightfully so. Then there is marketing, tech docs, et cetera. In the future, it absolutely should, and will be. We’re just not quite there yet where it really needs to be the focus.
