Please. I am currently storing CHZ by connecting Ledger to

Metamask, and I can move CHZ with Ledger, but I cannot move other coins due to an error. Even if I receive dividends through airdrops, I cannot withdraw them from ledger.Will this problem ever be resolved? If I want to receive an airdrop, will the snapshot time be permanently unavailable unless I move it to a hot wallet? please tell me. Thank you.

I wanted to store it in a cold wallet, so I connected ledger to Metamask and successfully transferred chz. I sent chzinu to ledger and it arrived, but I can't withdraw money from there. I am not worried about not being able to withdraw the money as it is a small amount due to a test transfer. I'd like to buy other coins from the chz chain from here, but I'm worried about security with hot wallets, so I'm wondering if there's a better way. How is souza stored?

I don't have much experience with hardware wallets but I think you can only store the native token of the network no?

I don't have much experience with hardware wallets...

I'm also not very familiar with cold wallets. It's been 6 years since I used a cold wallet since I bought and stored CHZ at ICO in 2018. 😹 I don't have any other coins for this long, so I keep them on exchanges or hot wallets.
