Hello, I did my research and I have a few

questions

1) When you want to launch an incentive program for a pool, does it happen like this ? : you contact Merkl who is responsible for organizing the campaign and distributing the rewards to users (you distribute wstETH to Merkl which redistributes to users)

2) On Merkl, it is indicated that for wstETH/USDC, 98% of the rewards are distributed according to the fees earned by the LPers and not the amount of liquidity provided. Is it you or Merkl who decides that?

3) Can an AMM / ALM like Gamma or Arrakis integrate your vault (wstETH/USDC) into their site only upon request from you or they are free to do so anyway ?

Because I saw an article where Arrakis said that you were a user of their service
