If you bought 10,000 FRAX worth of that FXB as an example, you'd get back 10161.84 FXB. At maturity in June, it would be worth 10161.84 FRAX.

What does that 11% Yield in maturity mean?

We use the same formula as financial institutions/ the US treasury uses. This article can explain it in detail: https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/012015/how-do-i-calculate-yield-maturity-zero-coupon-bond.asp
