are the fees, security, are Z-addresses possible...?
It's really basic (but novice-friendly, which is good imho) compared to YWallet for example. There is a T-address and a U-address for receiving funds. To spend from the T-address you have to shield first. Fees are automatic. The only settings currently available are "view recovery phrase", "choose a server" and "export private data". Simple but gets the job done. Testing the Android version.
So it's just a test version for now? How about the owner of the wallet, is he trustworthy?
It's not a test bersion, it's a v1.0 release, developed by the Electric Coin Company which is behind the coin itself.
