From a "Fraxtal" perspective, is there one that feels more

like a vanity metric vs the other? As in, defillama is more vanity and, L2Beat gives a better indication of Fraxtal adoption/future revenue?

Or, they each have their merits and are valuable in their own way... (i think the 2nd one is what you are eluding to.) Hoping to confirm

They each have their own merits and are valuable in their own way. One can't be used to invalidate the other one. They are very different and both benchmark statistics. Often times people that hate a project will respond with the other ranking that is worse for the project to try to fud depending on which one is lower, but it's clear it's just a disingenuous attempt to belittle the chain. I would say always look at both. You could argue that for Fraxtal it's more important to look at L2Beat first because we care a lot about how much money/stablecoins/M2/RWAs come onto the chain since we're a central bank chain and L2Beat tracks that while Defillama zeros it out.
