I guess that makes sense, I still think they would try all avenues to catch him, didnt he get got by depositing ~300XMR to a CEX? Did they EAE attack him?

he did many many times this: IncognitomarketBTC > instant exchanger to xmr > kyc cex But basically if you deposit y btc owned by incognitomarket and get in exchange 300 xmr and then someone deposits 300 xmr to kraken it's not hard to correlate

I thought about this but after the documents of his arrest released it's nearly 100% impossible it was them. he did very big opsec mistakes so no need to spam
