Can someone explain to me why xlm is the most

manipulated crypto? When they cut their max token supply from 100 billion to 50 it went down. When they launched smart contracts, it went down. It seems that it should be going up but no matter the positive developments it goes down, why? Will this ever stop? I doubt anytime soon. I refer to it as Stether now. The price 5 years ago $.10 Price last year $.10 price tmrw $.10 price next year $.11
I think the powers that be know what it’s truly worth but they just don’t want you to believe in it and hope you sell your position.
