I'M facing an issue when transferred the installed Coin98 app

from my old phone to the new one. All wallet addresses remain same but TRX! Any developer, support team around to share more information with to investigate?

Hi, thanks for your prompt reply. Actually I did recover my multi-chain Coin98 wallet on my new phone with my old 12 seed phrase after removing the old one from my old device. All showing 10 wallet addresses (BTC, ETH, ...) were the same as the old one but the TRON! Why?

Coin98 Super Wallet offers 2 standards for Tron wallet: old and new standards With the same Seed Phrase, u can try to select both standards to check if you could get the correct Tron address after recovery

I guess your previous Tron wallet address is in Old standard, so kindly try to restore with Old standard, then recheck the address

Done thanks to your help. So now I have a multi-chain wallet (restored from the old device but with the new TRX) and one added TRX (the old one). Is that correct?

Yup mate But in case you prefer to have old standard Tron address within your Multichain wallet (including ETH, BSC wallets, etc.) for easier management, you could consider removing then restoring Multichain wallet again. On the Multichain wallet recovery interface, please select Old Standard for Tron Wallet
