Not quite. The first of the tokens will release 12 months after the snapshot date, but they will unlock linearly with each ethereum block over the following 48 months. So technically you'll have Anvil unlocked every 30 seconds or so. It won't come in big tranches.

There’s a 60 month vesting schedule with 20% released every 12 months starting from snapshot date. First tranche would be June 2025. At least that’s the way I understand it
