Honest question, did Hedera shoot themselves in the foot by

registering as a security? It looks as though the SEC is losing the battle to classify crypto as a security. I understand they were trying to get ahead of the game but now it looks like that may not have been a good idea.

If it is a security, that comes with a lot more regulatory hoops & hurdles. I would assume it would make it harder to purchase/ sell as it would have to do so under "security laws" whereas the cryptos that aren't securities would be more easily traded.
