My question is not having a CashAddress as a deposit address an issue due to some wallets not being able to send to legacy addresses?

Vadim, I think what people are trying to tell you is that you must update deposit and sending addresses to Cash addresses to offer everything BCH has to offer. If you do not do that you are going to miss out on customers using your exchange that are looking to use the unique features and products that BCH offers.

May I suggest that your guys add the amount to the QR code? It currently JUST has the address, you can add the amount in there too and make the payment much faster and easier.
