We intend to announce it ser, in some time.

I'm very curious if there will be any incentives for old investors. The vote is almost decided by only four people, four wallets. The rest don't seem to have any decision-making power. If it's just a 1:1 conversion rate to the new token, it seems quite unfair to old investors who have been with the project for a long time.

Understand your point of view, ser. The idea is to expand the scope of the project, so there is more value accrual to the token, which ultimately benefits old investors too. Additionally, there are no additional tokens in circulation at token swap event. Finally, there are incentives for current token stakers which will be disclosed later on.
