Morning. HP is $Hive on stake, in order to get more you could buy some $Hive and power up. If you can't do any more actions is because you lack RC (resource credits) which is like a sort of gas you need to do any action on the Blockchain, staked HP provides RC. Feel free to share your Hive username so I can delegate you some RC so you can continue posting.
