Well, I for one would be scared. That guy has all the best legal teams and personal access to world leaders and monarchs, unlimited cash supply and (rumor has it) has personally bested Chuck Norris in thumb wrestling.

I think this lawsuit is a good joke 😃 but if it were real 1) Hedera isn't worth 50 bil They're not even profitable yet..lol that's trying to get blood out of a stone 2) would be really dumb because if there were pending lawsuits, that would prevent any more enterprises from joining the GC for years in which case the HBAR would be worth > $0.01. 3) nobody bought HBAR's as a security I'm sure Charles & the GC are having a good laugh though.
