From day 1 I looked at Charles resume and heard

him speak I didn't think he was the man for the job. I was told I was wrong. I was told "give him time". Charles said his goal was to fill the GC by the end of the year. That's 9 more members in 5 months. Does anybody think that will happen? He hasn't attracted enterprise to Hedera. No new GC members. No new marketing. No change in direction to retail, no videos/ spaces/communications to the community. What has he visibly or materially completed other than his open letter reitering what needs to be changed? I hope I'm wrong about him. I hope he kills it as president and on boards some massive GC members, cranks up the TPS, and rebrands Hedera more broadly to market to all of Web3 enterprise & retail. But thus far?.....I still don't think he's the right man for the job. What are your thoughts on Charles?

Personally I dont think there even should be such role as Hedera president, should be more decentralised and not with some single leader. The current members can come to agreement and onboard more and just run network
